Why this program was developed
Over the years, our office has tried to provide quality dental care at an affordable price; however, the cost of health and dental care continues to increase. In an effort to encourage good dental health and assist with rising dental costs, we have developed an "in-house" dental program available to patients who cannot obtain any other type of coverage. Since regular dental insurance programs usually require group participation to get any price reduction, individuals and families seeking dental insurance on their own find it too expensive to even consider. Our dental program provides a wide scope of benefits at an affordable price to help minimize the cost of your dental needs.
Program Details
Adult Program Includes:
- Bitewing X-Ray (1 per year)
- Cleanings (2 per year)
- Adult Exams (2 per year)
- 10% off all other dental procedures*
All these services together regularly cost over $399.00
Child Program Includes:
- Bitewing X-Ray (1 per year)
- Cleanings (2 per year)
- Child Exams (2 per year)
- Fluoride Treatment (1 per year)
- 10% off all other dental procedures*
All these services together regularly cost over $299.00
Provisions of the Program:
- Fees are guaranteed for one year.
- Initial fee is nonrefundable.
- Payment is due at time of services.
- Patient's responsibility to make and keep their own appointments.
- $125.00 fee for broken appointments without 24 hour notice.
- Our program is for you and is not transferrable to another party.
This is not dental insurance. Enrolling in our "In-House" Dental Savings Program gives you the opportunity to obtain your dental treatment at reduced prices. Cannot be used with any other insurance.
